Depending on the size of your group, you may need to call. Booking online is an instant confirmation, over the phone may take 24-48 hours to finalize.

What is the cancellation policy?

Package cancellation policies vary depending which hotel you choose. Cancellation fees may apply, please check your itinerary.

What if I have a group, or need more rooms than you can accommodate online?

Please call us, we book groups of all sizes.

Why do I get SORRY NO ROOMS AVAILABLE when I enter my dates?
A:
You may have selected dates that are currently not available online, or an arrival date that is inside our online cut-off, please call us to check.
Q:
Can I make changes to my package after I book it?
A:
Yes, package changes can be made, as long as enough advance notice is given, and the change you are requesting can be accommodated, please check your itinerary.

Can I book a package as a single?
A:
Yes. All single reservations must book via phone. Please call us to secure your package.

What is the minimum age for check-in?
A:
Each room in the reservation must be checked-in by an adult. Please note, some hotels may require the adult to be at least 21 years of age.

Are there any fees in addition to the total package cost of the online booking?
A:
Yes. There are resort fees per room, per night, plus tax which will be collected at check-out time. These fees vary depending on which hotel you choose.

Why should I book early?
A:
We only offer a limited number of rooms for packages, if you wait too long, our block of rooms may be gone.

Why are some days more expensive than others?
A:
As the hotel fills, regular rates tend to increase based on demand. Convention, Holiday, and Special Event periods are typically higher.

Why can't I get results when I choose a Saturday arrival?
A:
Saturday arrivals are typically restricted and require special approval, please call us to check availability.

Can I pay for my package at check-in?
A:
No, all packages must be prepaid prior to arrival.
Q:
Why is the reservations department unable to find the reservation I just booked?
A:
The online packages are on a different system than the main hotel system. There is usually a 24-48 hour lag time to confirm your reservation.

What is check-in time?
A:
Check-in time varies depending on which hotel you choose. To increase your chances of getting the room type you requested, try to arrive as close to check-in time as possible.

Will I be guaranteed a Non-Smoking room or a specific bed type?
A:
Bed type and smoking preference are REQUEST ONLY and cannot be guaranteed.

Does the hotel provide transportation?
A:
Not as part of the packages. Transportation options are available at an additional cost.

Are my reservations guaranteed for late arrival?
A:
Yes, usually up to 11 p.m. If you will be later than 11 p.m., please call us or the front desk to notify. These times vary depending on which hotel you choose.

Do I need to bring my itinerary with me?
A:
Yes, it's always a good idea to bring your itinerary with you, we include emergency #'s and contact info on all itineraries.

What should I do if I have an emergency?
A:
Please call the contact # listed on your itinerary, if it's after hours, you can press #8 to reach someone off-duty who can help.
Q:
What constitutes an emergency?
A:
Missing vouchers, airline cancellation or delay, and any life threatening or medical issues. If it's not an emergency, please call the next business morning and we can help.

What happens if the weather is bad?
A:
If the conditions are unplayable, and the course is issuing RAIN CHECKS, then we will credit your green fees.

What is included with my greens fee?
A:
Golf, Cart, and Practice Facility.

How far in advance can I make tee times?
A:
Typically tee times can be reserved as part of the package up to 90 days in advance. Groups of 16 or more can be booked up to 2 years in advance.

Do I have to use my tee times on specific days?
A:
Yes, tee times are a reservation for a specific course, a specific time, and a specific date.
Q:
Can I change my tee times after I check-in to the hotel?
A:
Only if the course can accommodate the request.
Q:
Can I request a caddie?
A:
Yes. Caddies are available upon request but must be reserved in advance.

A:

We strive to always provide the most competitive rates for our packages. If you find a better rate, please call us and we will work to get you the best deal available.
When comparing rates on our packages versus what may be offered on hotel or travel websites, please let us know if you think you have found a better price. We will do our best to match or beat that deal!
There are some restrictions to this program.
  • Free Rooms, Free Nights or any Complimentary Offers are not eligible for this program.
When comparing golf course rates from any other source, keep in mind that:
  • Rates must be compared more than 14 days in advance. We have extended access to all local courses and will be able to book 90 days (or more) in advance.
  • Complimentary tee times obtained through any other source do not apply.
  • Dates and tee times must be exact for comparison.
  • If your stay has ended the Best Rate Program will NOT apply.
